Default Call Record Database

Is there a repository in the Shoretel Server that keeps the call record database for all calls made? I know of the CDR.MDB that exists, is there any way of getting call records from months back?

I need to know if the system keeps these records stored somewhere on the server.

Thanks!!!

Default Re: Call Record Database

What version are we talking about? Before Version 7.X CDR records were saved for 90 day history. At the end of April, for example, you would lose January. If you want to keep an older CDR folder you need to move if off the ShoreTel server; Look in the root drive; inside the folder Shoreline Data. Version 7.X now gives you the ability to set the CDR age. Addtionally, the CDR records are not stored in MySQL.
