Default Skype (Connect) with ShoreTel
Hi I'm relatively new to ShoreTel and I'm searching for a way to use Skype with ShoreTel. I have read that ShoreTel does Support Skype (Skype Connect) and I have seen a demo how to Setup the Skype part. But how do I configure the ShoreTel part? Do I need special Hardware? I think not or am I wrong? Any help is appreciated.
