After the time change (perhaps that is not relevant, but we noticed it today), each phone that gets reset (or unplugged and rebooted) no longer displays the correct date and time. Our phones are IP560g phones and display the date and time of "1:30am Sat Feb 6" when it is actually "1:05pm Mon Nov 8, 2010" .
All other phones on the sytem display the correct date and time (until they get reset or unplugged). The server and ShoreWare Director display the correct date and time, which is 11/8/2010 1:05:00 PM (GMT -08:00).
Does anyone know where the date/time settings for the IP phones are managed and controlled? I am sure this is something basic, but am unable to locate the date/time settings. I greatly appreciate any assistance.
