Default How to setup cell phones based workgroup

We wrote an article on how to setup a cell phones based shoretel workgroup. Our internal after hours support line(8 agents) is configured this way as well as numerous customers. This is basically a configuration that allows callers to wait in queue while cell phones are called until someone picks up, all transparent to the caller. Good after hours solution to met SLAs.
