Hello. I have some co-workers that have had their computers configured to view phone numbers on websites as links. When they click on the phone number link, Shortel automatically calls it so that they don't have to manually dial the number. The IT tech that knew how to configure it is gone, and I would like to configure my computer to view phone numbers as links as well. Can anyone help me figure out how what settings need to be changed? Thank you in advance.

Shoretel has client software that needs to be installed on each station that you would like to support web links (i.e. dialing). It is called ShoreTel Web Dialer and once installed on your PC it will allow you to hyperlink phone number if the web site is using Smart Tags.
