I am trying to find out how to block silent monitoring on just one of my phones. Any suggestions how to do this?

I would create a special COS service for the user.

Users > Class Of Service > Telephony Features

Add new. Select all the features you want the user to have. In the "Silent Monitor/Silent Coach Other's Calls" select Accept None. Thats is you want no obe to monitor that user. To prevent that user from monitor others call dot select "Allow Initiation"

Default Block Silent Monitoring

Thank you for the information. Now I just need to find out who is the administrator and how we change this. I am assuming since this is on our server that the administrator is as well.

Thanks again!
