I'm looking to test ShoreTel Softphone within a Citrix environment. Call manager installed and configured without an issue on my test Citrix Server. If I 'console' into the citrix server and lauch call manager, turning on the Soft Phone is an available option.
BUT, if I terminal service into the server using ICA or Citrix Receiver, the Softphone Option is no where to be found within Call Manager. Anyone out there seen this before? |
