Default System Directory

We have a user named Jay. When we type in his name it gives a wrong number for his DID. It is a brand new install of PCM on a brand new box. I’m in the shoreware director and if I go to look at Jay's account, under Edit System Directory there is only a cell phone number listed…where is the shoretel call manager getting this additional information (see attached screenshot). It’s not cached on the local computer, this is a fresh install of shoretel call manager.

What is causing this is either the local contact in Outlook or the contact in a shared contact list in Outlook.
