Decreasing the number of Dynamic ports

The Personal Call Manager software uses a dynamic group of ports between 1024 and 65,000 for communicating with the Shoretel server. For a majority of the masses, this is not a problem but for the security conscious there is a concern about opening up all of these IP ports.


Has anyone tried or been able to limit the number of dynamic RPC ports to something more manageable?
