Default Any way to Update or delete or reset the system and user directory in ShoreTel

When the user press the Directory Button on his IP-Phone there is a lot of users appear but they are not existing or they were deleted or changed the first name or last name it appear Bothe the old one and the new and a lot of duplicates and this is happening with all users on the system for more than 120 IP-Phones spread all over the site.
So is there any way to Update or delete or clear or reset the system and user directory in ShoreTel IP-Phones.
I will be very thankful for any hint.

Have you checked the system directory in ShoreTel Director?

It sounds like a database corruption. Did this happen after an upgrade?
