Default ShoreGear 220 E1 not seen in Shoreware Director

Hi

I'm having trouble seeing a ShoreGear 220 E1 in ShoreWare Director to add the switch and keep on getting the message "No switches are available".

I can ping the switch and it download the configuration from the ShoreWare Director server. I can also do a burnflash without any problem.

Does anybody have any idea's?

There is a diffrence between a 220t1k and a 220t1ka. Make sure you have the correct model.
