Call manger Install

Is there a better way to do a call manger install without using email notification. It does make sense to give everyone admin rights just to install the program.

When we roll out newer versions of PCM, we generally do it via Group Policy. Configure the GPO to install the MSI package upon reboot of the computer. I find this is generally the easiest way to push out the package, and all it takes is a reboot of each machine! Hope this is what you along the lines of what you were looking for..
