Default CID Analog Trunks

It appears that two of our phone lines listed in the \"Individual Trunk\" area are not accurate with what our actual phone lines are with AT&T. This has been causing some problems with caller IDs etc. Can I just alter the phone numbers in the \"Individual Trunk\" area or does this need to be changed elsewhere in the ShoreWare Director?

Just change the label on the idividual trunk to the correct number. This only a label thou and has no effect on analog CID.

I change the label on the individual trunk for the two phone lines to the correct numbers. However these two numbers still display the wrong caller ID when we call out using these two lines. I confirmed with AT&T that all 8 of our lines are accurate and set up to display our company name as the caller ID. AT&T confirmed that everything is accurate on their end and there is nothing more they can do. Thus why I started to look into the set up of our VOIP system.

It is odd that the 2 numbers in question had the wrong numbers set up in our Shoretel system. Could there have been an error when setting up these two lines with our Shoretel system? If so what are the steps to re-correct the issue? Do we need to restart the server after I altered the numbers in the trunk area or is there another area to check? :?:

Any thoughts or starting places would be greatly appreciated!
