Agents some time get put into release when a call is disconnected unexpectedly.
If you a are seeing this it is a known bug that will be fixed in the GA CC 6 and CC 5.1 GA 10. There is a workaround to program an AA in front of call flow to the IRN on the IPBX. Set the time out to be the IRN, record a brief silence, set the timeout to 500ms. |
