I'm experiencing a problem with the broadcasted caller ID on our contact center. When the option to accept a call back is presented to an agent, the agent accepts and the call is placed there is no broadcasted caller ID on the call. However, if the user places a call on their own, the programmed caller ID is being sent from their station.
We're running the latest build of 5.1 contact center. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. |
