Default Callback Outbound Caller ID

I'm experiencing a problem with the broadcasted caller ID on our contact center. When the option to accept a call back is presented to an agent, the agent accepts and the call is placed there is no broadcasted caller ID on the call. However, if the user places a call on their own, the programmed caller ID is being sent from their station.

We're running the latest build of 5.1 contact center.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

Under the ECC IRN tab in Director, you can set the Caller-ID for Callback calls for each IRN
