We receive a lot of complaints about Voice Mail messages being "clipped" when left in the SG50. Generally these calls originate at one site, over a WAN to the remote site with the SG50. Those users complain of clipping! We do not have the same experience on VM left on DVM's using the same WAN network. Any input on this would be appreciated, ShoreTel support has the ticket in escalation forever!
